Where the IPs come from
Every residential IP in the pool is a real household device whose owner opted in. Supply comes through established partners whose consent flow we've reviewed: people agree to share idle bandwidth, are compensated for it, and can leave the program whenever they want. We don't run our own SDK, and we don't buy from networks that can't show how the opt-in was collected.
That's not just posture. Consent-based supply is what keeps the pool stable and its reputation clean — the thing you're actually paying for.
What we refuse to serve
We sell to people automating lawful work at scale. That means some money we don't take: fraud of any kind. Credential abuse — stuffing, takeover attempts, brute force. Attacks on infrastructure, from DDoS to scanning networks you don't own. Anything illegal where you operate or where your target lives.
The line is lawful automation — collecting public data, verifying ads, monitoring prices, testing your own systems, managing your own accounts. If a plan only works because nobody can tell who's running it, we're not your provider.
Abuse reports
Seeing abuse from an IP that resolves to us? Email [email protected] with the IP, a timestamp, and what you observed. A human reads it and answers within 2 business days, usually much faster. Confirmed abuse ends the account behind it.
Legal requests
We respond to valid legal process, and we're precise about what we hold and what we don't.
