Terms of Service

1. Parties and definitions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the proxy services offered under the Basil Proxies brand (residential, mobile, and ISP proxies, as made available from time to time; "the Service"), provided by Basil Solutions, ul. Popiełuszki 13, 20-052 Lublin, Poland (VAT 9461073473) ("we", "us", "Basil Proxies"). "You" means the person or entity that creates an account or buys the Service. Using the Service or creating an account means you accept these Terms.

2. Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you may not use the Service if you're located in a country or on a list subject to comprehensive trade sanctions. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login and proxy credentials secure — activity under your account is treated as yours. Accounts are for your own use; you may not resell or share access to your account with others.

3. Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating this section — see Termination.

• Fraud of any kind.
• Credential abuse, including stuffing, account takeover attempts, or brute forcing.
• Attacks on infrastructure, including DDoS or scanning networks you don't own.
• Identifying, cataloging, or publishing the IP addresses or ranges we provide.
• Anything illegal where you operate or where your target is located.

4. Ordering and delivery

You buy bandwidth or a subscription through checkout. Credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as payment is confirmed, typically in under a minute.

5. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in USD, EUR, GBP, or PLN based on your location and charged in that currency. Applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout.

6. Pay-as-you-go, subscriptions, and ISP proxies

Pay-as-you-go bandwidth is bought in advance and does not expire. Subscriptions and ISP proxies renew automatically each period; subscription bandwidth resets at the start of each new cycle, and ISP proxies keep the same IP through renewal.

7. IP licensing and availability

IPs are made available to you for your use during the relevant period — they're licensed, not sold or transferred to you. Depending on your session settings, an IP may rotate or be reassigned, and we don't guarantee the availability of any specific country, city, or IP.

9. Service level

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violating Acceptable Use, for a payment dispute or chargeback, or for unlawful use of the Service. Termination for these reasons forfeits any remaining balance, consistent with the Refund Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time; canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

11. Liability

The Service is provided as is, without additional warranties beyond what's stated in these Terms and the SLA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and we're not responsible for what you do with the proxies we provide — you're solely responsible for your own compliance with the law and with Acceptable Use.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with jurisdiction over Lublin.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the new version here with an updated date above. For material changes, we'll try to notify you through the dashboard or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
