1. Legal requests
We respond to valid legal process — a subpoena, court order, or equivalent from a court or authority with jurisdiction over us. Include the legal basis for the request, the jurisdiction it's issued under, and the specific account, IP, or identifier you're asking about. Send it to [email protected], or to our registered address: Basil Solutions, ul. Popiełuszki 13, 20-052 Lublin, Poland. We review every request and only disclose what we actually hold.
2. What we hold
- Account details — name, email, and account activity.
- Payment identifiers — we don't hold card numbers; Stripe does.
- Security records — the IP address used at signup, login, and sensitive account actions.
- Bandwidth usage totals, by product, as periodic snapshots.
3. What we don't hold
We don't log the websites, domains, or destinations you access through a proxy. We don't hold the content of your traffic. We don't hold full card numbers or payment details. We don't hold anything beyond what's listed above.
4. Retention
We keep account and activity data for as long as an account is active. We don't currently run an automatic deletion schedule for historical logs.
5. Abuse reports
Seeing abuse from an IP that resolves to us? Email [email protected] with the IP, a timestamp, and what you observed. Confirmed abuse ends the account behind it.
6. Response targets
We aim to acknowledge abuse reports and legal requests within 2 business days, usually faster. Full compliance with a legal request may take longer depending on what's being asked.
