Refund Policy

1. Pay-as-you-go bandwidth

Bandwidth bought pay-as-you-go is non-refundable. It doesn't expire, so unused GB sits on your account until you use it — there's no reason to ask for it back, and we won't issue cash refunds for it.

2. ISP proxies

ISP proxies are dedicated IPs assigned specifically to your account and are non-refundable once provisioned. Monthly renewals work the same way as subscriptions: canceling stops future renewal, and we don't refund the period you've already paid for.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly. Canceling stops future renewals; we don't refund the period you've already paid for.

4. Service credits

The one exception to this policy: if we miss our uptime commitment, you may be owed a service credit under the SLA. That's a credit against future usage, not a cash refund.

5. Chargebacks

Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — a chargeback is not a faster refund route. Any chargeback opened against delivered service results in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining balance. We may charge a reasonable fee to cover the costs a chargeback causes us, and we reserve the right to dispute it and to refuse service on any future account linked to you.
